In this role, you'll coach and develop the customer relations team and analysts who are responsible for order processing, delivery of excellent service to external and internal customers, and control master files in the ERP system. You'll also develop processes and implement innovative solutions that address the growing customer requirements while streamlining internal procedures.

- Be the example of leadership and living the values that others can emulate. Provide ongoing coaching, training, experiential learning, and development plans to optimize performance outcomes and engagement. Identify and provide necessary resources and information to overcome barriers to success and accomplish goals.
- Responsible for developing, supervising, and maintaining accurate controls of order management. Manage and contribute to opportunities for improvement within the department and our partners.
- Successful management of pricing and delivery controls to increase efficiencies
- Manage relationships with key customers who represent 50% of the company's total business.
- Interact daily with internal and external customers to communicate information that makes us a supplier of choice.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
What You'll Bring to the Role
- 3-5 years or more experience within an international company in a customer service/sales support role with strong problem solving and quality orientation.
- 3-5 years experience with supervising a small customer service team
- Experience working in ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Power-user Excel and Access, proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other office tools
