In this role, you will utilize your digital marketing knowledge to oversee the curation, development, implementation and management of digital marketing plans for all brands with a focus on owned web, email and marketing application automation. You’ll collaborate cross functionally to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with brand strategy and plans and maximize engagement with new and current customers to meet and exceed goals, while creating targeted and personalized user experiences to maximize engagement with new and current customers and end-users.

- Collaborates with Brand Experience and Brand Engagement teams on the planning, implementation, management and coordination of email, website and content marketing activities in support of overarching brand plans.
- Responsible for the implementation and optimization of brand websites to include ongoing updates, copy creation/review, imagery and SDS sheets updates, and performance optimization via website CMS and/or coordinating with external partners.
- Supports the development and implementation of email marketing strategies and plans. Collaborates with internal and external partners on the implementation of initiatives to increase fan acquisition and create audience segmentation (occupation, hobby/interest, etc.).
- Responsible for developing, implementing and continual optimization of email consumer journeys, email testing, distribution, forms/data capture, campaign landing pages and back-end email database list management.
- Enables and supports digital marketing and email lead generation initiatives to be more efficient and effective through marketing application automation and effective administration.
- Leverages large databases to drive smarter, more personalized user experience and better engagement.
- Responsible for management of Ratings & Reviews, Content Management System (CMS) and “Where to Buy” solution for relevant websites.
- Responsible for regular creation and distribution of reports for web analytics, SEO, email marketing, Where to Buy, and ratings and reviews. Provides reporting summary, actionable insights and data informed recommendations.
- Responsible for establishing and achieving relevant KPIs and monthly reporting and data analysis. Responsible for the back-end management of digital reporting and engagement tools for data analysis and associated Marketing Technology (SaaS) tools.
- Responsible for marketing campaign performance and identification of emerging trends to inform data-driven recommendations and achieve improved results.
- Plan and build out audience segmentation plans to include data capture and reporting in alignment and support with the brand plans.
- Analyze campaign performance, make recommendations and implement changes based on findings to optimize desired outcomes
- Build and support the design and implementation of campaigns to optimize qualified leads, content engagement and customer journeys in Salesforce.
- Think creatively, stay up-to-date on relevant trends in digital marketing and bring fresh, new ideas to email programs
What You’ll Bring To The Role
What You'll Bring to the Role
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing with at least 1 year email marketing experience
- Significant experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Trailhead certifications a plus)
- Track record of developing and managing multiple email programs simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse CMS systems, creative and analytical tools
- Project management experience
- Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams
- Agency/vendor management experience
- Proficient knowledge of HTML a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Communications, or related degree preferred
