Overview
We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist to provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Supply Chain & Manufacturing functionalities.
In this role, you will support end users, resolve incidents and issues, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvements in a post-implementation environment. You will act as a key bridge between business users, IT, and external partners, and play a key role in leading the adoption and optimization of systems.

This role offers the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule from home and in our Kuala Lumpur office (1 day minimum onsite).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide functional support for Supply Chain & Manufacturing Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to increase adoption and optimization of the ERP system and achieve defined SLA and KPIs.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues.
- Identify business/user requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
- Optimize system configuration in partnership with implementation and development teams.
- Lead stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities.
- Manage the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices.
- Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and testing.
- Escalate and coordinate complex issues with vendors or development teams.
- Support reporting, data quality, and basic security/access requests.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of business processes and user workflows.
- Experience working in multi-company or multi-country environments.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- ITIL knowledge or experience working with ticketing systems.
- Experience working with external vendors or implementation partners.
