WD-40 Company was founded in San Diego, California in 1953. San Diego has served as the home to our Americas and corporate team members ever since. In August 2017 we opened a new office in the San Diego neighborhood of Scripps Ranch which is now home to just over 100 of our corporate and U.S. team members. Most of our U.S. sales team works and travels from their home offices across the country. Our small but mighty research and development team work out of our Technical Center which is located in Pine Brook, New Jersey. A passionate team of 8 employees champion our Latin America business from their bustling Miami office.
Our offices were designed to reflect our Company’s culture – both aesthetically and functionally. Our space was created to foster a culture that values collaboration and freedom at work, striking a balance between individual and community space.
